Results of the 2018 Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) will be released on 22 November. Students may obtain their results from their respective primary schools from 11am, said the Ministry of Education (MOE) on Thursday (15 November).
At the same time, eligible students will receive option forms to select their secondary schools. There will be a unique S1 personal identification number (S1 PIN) in each form for the students to submit online via the Secondary 1 Internet System.
The system will be accessible through the Ministry of Education’s (MOE) website from 11am on 22 November to 3pm on 28 November. Students should discuss their options with their parents, make their decisions and complete the option forms before logging on to the system. Alternatively, the option forms can be submitted through the students’ respective primary schools, during these time slots: 11am to 3pm on 22 November, and 9am to 3pm on 23, 26, 27 and 28 November.
The Secondary 1 posting results will be released on 19 December. They can be accessed through:
- SMS via a local mobile number (if provided during application)
- The Secondary 1 Internet System
- The students’ respective primary schools
Students are to report to their posted secondary schools at 8.30am on 20 December.
More information on the posting process is available at MOE’s S1 Posting website, and in the information booklet “Choosing Your Secondary Schools” distributed to Primary 6 students.
For enquiries, parents can call the MOE Customer Service Centre at 68722220 on weekdays from 8.30am to 5.30pm, and from 8.30am to 12.30pm on Saturdays.
